Terms and Conditions:  t he Hotel will not debit your credit card account, and your credit card details will only be verified by the secure server system provided by Banca Sella .  
The payment will be requested upon your arrival at the hotel in cash, by cheque or by credit card.  
- Up to 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, no penalty will be charged. To cancel the reservation, click on  “ Go to personal Area”  and insert your Username and Password. - For cancellations made after the 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, a penalty of 1-night accommodation will be charged.  
- In the event that the check-out is anticipated after the arrival at the hotel, you are not guaranteed to be refunded. Special conditions will be agreed with the Hotel Manager.
